How to Withdraw

For faster processing, all account holders are required to submit their withdrawal requests inside their Secure Client Area.

If you do not yet have access to your Secure Client Area please follow the Access Instructions.

Your withdrawal request should be submitted before 12:00 AEST/AEDT. If it is submitted after this time, it will be processed the following business day.

Although ACM INDEX does not charge additional fees for deposits and withdrawals, you should be aware that you may incur fees from some international banks. These fees can be charged by the banks or by the intermediaries involved and may take up to 14 days.

Once processed, credit or debit card withdrawals are free of charge. They typically take up to 3 business days to reach your card. In some rare conditions, they take about 5 to 10 business days to reach their card.

*Please note Credit card withdrawals may not be available for all countries.

You can only withdraw the amount you deposited with Safecharge. You can also choose another deposit method to withdraw.

Cash withdrawals from Paypal, Neteller, and Skrill are made from the same account that was used to send the funds. These transactions are free of charge.

If your card has expired, please upload the new one in your client area. You would then need to submit a letter from the card’s issuer to confirm that the new card is issued in replacement.

If the card has not been used before, you will need to deposit a small amount in order to activate the withdrawal facility.

Before you can withdraw funds, you will need to provide supporting documentation. This includes the receipt for the payments made using the old card.

If the amount you want to withdraw exceeds the sum that was deposited by the card, you will need to use another method.

Webmoney transactions are handled by a third-party company called Ingenico ePayments. Although it does not allow refunds, it does allow you to withdraw funds by bank transfer.

Fasapay's accounts are funded through bank wire transfers, which can incur additional charges. After the funds are processed, they will reach your bank account within a few business days.

If you want to withdraw funds from a Poli or Bpay account, they will not incur additional charges. The funds will reach your bank account within a couple of business days.

Skrill Bitcoin accounts are funded through bank wire transfers, which can incur additional charges. After the funds are processed, they will reach your bank account within a couple of business days.

Rapidpay's accounts are funded through bank wire transfers, which can incur additional charges. After the funds are processed, they will reach your bank account within a couple of business days.

To withdraw funds from a Thai bank account, you will need to provide a clear picture of your bank book or a colored scan copy of it.

All transactions from your account should go to a bank or a source in your name. If the account holder is one of the parties on the credit card, then payments to joint bank accounts are accepted.
