Payment process

To get the fastest processing time, all account holders should deposit their funds into their accounts from their Secure Client Area, this will allow them to access their funds in real-time using their credit card or Skrill account.

Security of Funds

When funding your account, all the details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. These transactions are conducted securely and are only used for the purpose of funding your account with ACM INDEX.

Bank Fees

Although ACM INDEX does not charge additional fees for deposits and withdrawals, you should be aware that there may be fees associated with certain international transactions.

Third-Party Payments

All deposits and transactions made into your account should be made from a bank account in your name. If the account holder is also a part of a credit card or joint bank account, then these types of transactions are also accepted.
